A deep commitment to diversity

Getting to know the founding members of our company

Stănculescu Simona

She has extensive experience in tax consultancy projects for individuals and companies, on issues related to VAT, corporate income tax, income tax, non-resident tax, tax procedure issues, but also in accounting projects for customers from different industries and with different volumes of activity. Simona is an accredited tax consultant (member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants in Romania), chartered accountant (member of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania) and is currently studying for the ACCA qualification.

Anca Mincu

She has extensive experience in accounting projects for customers in different industries and with different volumes of activity, both domestic and foreign owned companies, as well as financial reporting projects for the management of companies that are part of multinationals. Anca is a trainee chartered accountant.
